universities live in the exchange between the lecture-free time and term time. The number of students who visit the campus, varies considerably. This has of course also affect the demand for services on campus. In this fluctuating demand is then reacted with a changing menu. The opening times vary with. Many services are the three-week consultation period yet the lecture time. For others, the change takes place this weekend. This year, however, was the student union leader Brunswick. The cafeteria was already closed mid-morning last week:
The evening dining hall is on 3 February to and including 1 April closed. [1]Especially given the declining student numbers, the demand for evening dining hall is so small that a continuation of the operation would be highly deficient. This raises the question whether it even still in the future can be an evening dining hall? Fall but the number of students continue [2] . Only the proposed concentration of all students on campus Scharnhorststraße after Establishment of the central building on the site could lead to an improvement. The loss-making operation of a cafeteria in Volgershall can finally be set. Whether this is a comfort to those employees who lack the range of food offered in the semester complaining now?
