Chelsea Charms Ive Got The Biggest In The World

Decision IV: Central Building

In December, the Board of Trustees Leuphana University of Lüneburg made his decision to campus development. LeuphanaWatch presents them. Today: Central Building.

is the central building! It leaves no doubt Leuphana:
The University of Lüneburg Libeskind building is planned to achieve its main campus with immediate effect. The Board of Trustees of the University Council decided at its meeting on 20 December followed and thus a corresponding proposal of the university presidency. For the construction amounts to a budget of 57.7 million euros. (1) All
skeptics could not prevail then. Leuphana University Lüneburg march into the future and it has the full backing of the Mayor Maedge:
"This clear result of the process is for City and County of Lüneburg as important as for the university. The project has great significance for the entire region. "(1)
But while marching Leuphana? The direction seemed clear:
for the construction of its new central building, a hotel and additional parking areas, the University had been the model of a public-private partnership (PPP) followed. (1) A clear
understatement! Vice President Holm Keller stressed at every opportunity that PPP was the best I have and ideal for Leuphana. Risks in the construction and operation would, if permitted and commercially reasonable transferred to the private partner while the properties owned by the University or the Foundation remained (2). Since the skeptics had to laugh about, because the construction would not pose a risk more for the university. If they had built themselves, that would be obviously different. PPP has been hailed as a panacea, criticism irons off ice cold.

has now taken the Board's decision and behold:
The PPP process has now shown that the realization of the construction project with a private partner is not an economic Alternative. The university will build the Libeskind building therefore their own and operate.

had in yesterday's meeting, the Board dealt intensively with the results of the competitive dialogue. It commissioned the University Board to terminate the PPP procurement process and the construction of the main building itself immediately to take in hand. (1)
What a slapper for the cellar! It's not just that for several years now just coming out, know what critical minds a long time: PPP is crap! The solution is not economic and would seem the university is still limited in their capabilities. The Mc Kinsey Manager basement is opened, with its neo-liberal privatization dreams on the (hopefully hard) earth.

Flink and versatile celebrates basement anyway, because its central building is to come. How and with whom there seems to care. All that was the last year the best for the university, it is now in fact not. But the current plan is for the Leuphana the only true one. It also says Volker Meyer-Guckel :
. "The decision of the Board of Trustees is the trend for the University's plans for the new building had been as far as concrete, that with a realization on their own not result in undue Cost risk you through. For the future operation of the building, state funds would be in appropriate levels of service. "(1)
" And we should believe now? "One might call him, or her considering you this morning do it again differently?"

It is grotesque : The risk that should be transferred from the University to a private operator, is now but back in the Leuphana But it is suddenly so small that no problem is more one needs the private sector is also probably no longer the rental... the lecture hall so promising that the profits rather himself once enough to leave than a private individual. He can therefore not only economic, because it schedules million profit. The chatter from the economic risk or even the lack of efficiency of the central building is a misconception. All right ...

All those who knew it was getting better and better said: The political decision has been made, it comes to hard facts, not exactly. What is a bit long-term risk if this week is to win elections? Since, the ASTA quietly grumble further and require disclosure of all documents (3).

As well, now that all is well! LeuphanaWatch says: Töörrööö!
